Coenzyme Q10, who or what should you believe? You read a lot about Q10 on the internet. One says it's quackery and the other says it works very well. Who or what should you believe now? In addition to Q10, I use 10 supplements and I also take the regular medicines: Entresto, water pills, blood thinners and Forxiga (Dapagliflozin). My regular medicines didn't work at all for over 2 years. In fact, I continued to deteriorate until I started taking the supplements. From that moment on I keep getting stronger and better. Within Europe there are about 10 million people with heart failure and in the US another 6.2 million. In addition, many people suffer from strokes and/or heart attacks or sudden cardiac arrest. It is not only about older people aged 70 or 80, but also very young people are affected. And within families there is so much suffering and sadness. If we can prevent that or if we can give people back a little more energy and health, we will make many people happy with ...
The NT-Probnp value In heart patients who also have heart failure, the NT-Probnp value is too high in the blood. After starting an extra orthomolecular treatment, this value continues to decrease for me.  The cardiologist told me that my heart and lungs would not get any stronger. But this looks very promising. I'm a very happy person. You can always contact me by email: info@heartfailureandme.com
Co-enzym Q10 and our heart Our heart is a major consumer of Coenzyme Q10. When there is insufficient Q10 in our body, our heart cannot do its job properly. There is more pressure in our heart and our heart starts to release a protein called NT-Probnp.  When the pressure in our heart rises too much, our heart enlarges, so that it does not have enough strength to properly pump oxygen-rich blood through our body (heart failure). Our organs then do not receive enough oxygen-rich blood and also begin to malfunction. This creates a domino effect. Our kidneys are the first to act, but the liver and brain are also organs. It is important to maintain the Q10 status in the blood, but if you currently have heart failure, have had a stroke or a heart attack, the specialists see that the Q10 value in the blood is much too low. Coenzyme Q10 must therefore be supplemented. Good results have already been achieved with this approach and I am one of them.  I do not sell supplements myself. I'm ...
Part Two! In 2012 I was done with it. After so many years of health problems and the fact that the cardiologist and the pulmonologist could not do much for me, I decided to stop taking these antibiotics and the flu jab from that moment on. And from that moment on I also decided to work on my health through healthier food, minerals, vitamins and healthy fats. Fortunately, my health gradually improved, but I continued to have problems with my lungs and breathing. Climbing stairs became more and more of a problem. In May 2020, the doctors found out that I suffer from heart failure and that my right ventricle had become much too large. The pressure in my heart was way too high. A new heart operation was inevitable. From that moment on I received regular treatment from the hospital for over 2 years. Despite a new open heart surgery, the pressure in my heart continued to rise and it didn't look good for me. The cardiologists began to genuinely worry about me. From July 2022 I started a...
My first heart surgery was when I was just 4 years old. That was in 1976. When I was born, the doctors saw that my aortic valve was not responding well and during this operation they made some adjustments in the hospital. For twenty years I had no problems with my health. In 1996 I had another operation. My aortic valve started leaking again and they did the ROSS procedure. The ROSS procedure involves placing the pulmonary valve in place of the aorta and placing a donor valve in place of the pulmonary artery. From that moment on I started having more problems with my health: - Asthma - Polyps in my nasal passages - Worse condition - More inflammation in my body - Stuffy and short of breath I was told to take a course of antibiotics at every dentist visit, so that any bad bacteria could not reach my heart and cause problems. I have also been advised to get the flu shot every year. For 16 years I dutifully followed this advice. But antibiotics are very bad for the...
Hi, my name is Ron. Born in 1972. I live in the Netherlands (Europe). I'm a heartpatient (congenital heart defect) and since a few years heart failure has also been added. In addition to the regular treatment from the hospital, I also started an 'extra' treatment. On this site, I will tell you more about this. But I can  already tell you that this 'extra' treatment is already a succes. Have fun watching and reading! You can always contact me by email: info@heartfailureandme.com
