Co-enzym Q10 and our heart

Our heart is a major consumer of Coenzyme Q10. When there is insufficient Q10 in our body, our heart cannot do its job properly. There is more pressure in our heart and our heart starts to release a protein called NT-Probnp.

When the pressure in our heart rises too much, our heart enlarges, so that it does not have enough strength to properly pump oxygen-rich blood through our body (heart failure). Our organs then do not receive enough oxygen-rich blood and also begin to malfunction. This creates a domino effect. Our kidneys are the first to act, but the liver and brain are also organs.

It is important to maintain the Q10 status in the blood, but if you currently have heart failure, have had a stroke or a heart attack, the specialists see that the Q10 value in the blood is much too low. Coenzyme Q10 must therefore be supplemented. Good results have already been achieved with this approach and I am one of them.

I do not sell supplements myself. I'm just telling you my story. April 6 I go to the hospital for an echocardiogram and the NT-Probnp value is also checked again. The NT-Probnp value has decreased slightly over the past six months and that is very good news. I am therefore curious what the value will be this time. In any case, I feel better and stronger. So give your heart what it needs :-)

I am not a doctor, specialist or cardiologist, but I am now an expert by experience.

Research: 'Time to Energize Coenzyme Q10 for patients with heart failure?

KiSel-10 & Q-Symbio: Revolutionary Research An important study into the relationship between Q10 and cardiovascular disease was the KiSel-10 study, named after the location of the research Kisa, selenium and Q10. More than 400 over-70s participated in the study. One half received for 4 years Q10 and selenium supplements every day, the other half placebos (dummy pills). The group that received supplements was up to 54% less likely to die from cardiovascular disease. The heart muscle was also stronger in this group. Another important study was the Q-Symbio study. This showed that Q10 supplements greatly improve the survival rate of people with a weak heart. The use of Q10 supplements also resulted in fewer hospital admissions due to heart problems. So Q10 seems to be very important, not only with aging (when Q10 levels decrease), but for anyone with heart problems. And I also mean heart failure, myocardial infarction and after a stroke.   Cholesterol, good or bad?! Inflammations can (sometimes) occur in our body and when we have exercised a lot, for example, our body and our muscles will have to recover. Cholesterol is very important in this and so it is good that cholesterol is present in our body. However, when there are too many inflammations in our body and also by the heart, our body will produce more and more cholesterol to deal with those inflammations. When we have too much cholesterol in our body, it can accumulate in the artery walls. And that is not good news, because eventually this can lead to cardiovascular problems. Cholesterol is therefore a building block of our body and is mainly produced in our liver. Statin the best-selling drug in the world! When we have high cholesterol, the doctor prescribes statins to lower the cholesterol. But the statins not only lower cholesterol, but also our body's own substance Co-enzyme Q10.  Q10 is very important for our heart health, so we don't want it to be ...
